STEP 1: RECRUITING
We source local candidates through multiple recruitment platforms and community networks. All applicants must live within reasonable distance from the client facility.
STEP 2: SELECTION
After reviewing applications, our HR team conducts structured interviews to evaluate each candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit with RM Santiago’s standards.
STEP 3: BACKGROUND & LEGAL VERIFICATION
Who will have access to your property? It’s an essential question. Since all of our staff are directly employed by RM Santiago, we maintain full oversight of who enters your facility. Every employee undergoes county and national background checks, plus I-9 verification, before joining our operations.
STEP 4: ONBOARDING & ORIENTATION
Each new team member participates in a comprehensive onboarding program to become familiar with our company culture, safety practices, and operational standards. Orientation includes an overview of RM Santiago’s mission, values, and expectations—laying the foundation for long-term success.
